Sindhu Gangadharan is Chairperson of Nasscom and an Independent Director at Siemens India. She built her executive career at SAP, where she spent over two decades in technology and product leadership roles, including serving as Managing Director of SAP Labs India.
In 2024, she assumed a global leadership role within SAP focused on customer innovation services, working across product and enterprise transformation mandates. During her tenure, she was associated with expanding SAP’s research and development footprint in India.
Gangadharan has been active in industry policy discussions around digital economy growth, innovation and inclusion. As Nasscom Chairperson, she represents India’s technology industry in engagements with policymakers and global technology forums.
