Irina Ghose is Managing Director for India at Anthropic, where she oversees the company’s enterprise strategy, partnerships and deployment of large language models in the Indian market. Her role centers on responsible AI adoption and scaling AI systems across sectors.
Prior to joining Anthropic, Ghose held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, working across enterprise and public-sector segments to accelerate cloud and AI adoption. She has built customer and partner ecosystems spanning technology services, government and large enterprises in India.
An electrical engineering graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Ghose holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is also involved in philanthropic and ecosystem initiatives, including founding MyLittleBit and supporting women entrepreneurs through advisory roles.
