Sukanya stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Tata Technologies in March 2024. Based in Pune, she works closely with CEO and MD Warren Harris, with a mandate spanning delivery excellence, practice development, and strengthening internal digital and IT systems, areas that increasingly define competitiveness in engineering and product-led services.
In her role, Sukanya partners with delivery leaders to shape the company’s next phase of growth, improve engagement margins, and build a resilient people supply chain alongside HR and the Resource Management Group. The global delivery, practice organisation, and digital IT teams report directly to her, placing her at the operational core of the company.
Sukanya has over 30 years of experience in the services industry, most recently at Tata Consultancy Services. At TCS, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing extensive strategic and digital transformation projects across the organisation.
