Nruthya Madappa is Partner at 3one4 Capital, where she works with portfolio companies on revenue expansion, capital strategy and investor engagement. Her role spans fundraising, institutional partnerships and strategic alignment to support scaling across early- and growth-stage ventures.
Before joining 3one4 Capital, Madappa founded and led The CoWrks Foundry, an investment and accelerator platform focused on early-stage startups. She has also led revenue and growth functions at Cuemath, where she worked on scaling operations and strengthening capital access during high-growth phases.
Madappa holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her cross-sector experience spans technology, finance and venture development across India and the US.
